CISM & Mid Europe Youth Orchestra Competition Results 2008
In Co-production with CISM and MID EUROPE, the CISM International Youth Orchestra Competition was held as part of the 10 Mid Europe festival in Schladming in 2007.
Symphonic bands and wind ensembles that perform in the three highest categories and meet with the CISM competition criteria could take part in the competition. Prizes will be awarded to performance categories A, B and C.
In addition, the overall winner of all the various competition categories and formations will be awarded the annually defended CISM MID EUROPE Challenge Cup.
This Competition offeres young orchestras the possibility to compete with others in a fair contest with the best and to exchange experiences.
